Last Saturday, twenty-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks shot into the crowd at Trump’s rally in an apparent attempt at assassinating the president.
Luckily, he is okay and the bullet only grazed his ear.
We think.
The only “official” statement anyone has seen is from a Truth Social post where he says the bullet “pierced the upper part of (his) right ear.”
This post is not meant to create a conspiracy theory around Trump’s health, but, just as we deserve answers to questions about President Biden’s health, we also deserve to hear official reports on Trump. Especially after an assassination attempt.
The questions about Biden’s health have been answered. Trump’s have not.
We have not gotten any official medical reports. The campaign has refused to answer any questions and the doctors who treated him have not been made available. This is highly unusual.
Questions About His Health
If we stop to think about it, we don’t know anything about his health. Not in a substantial way, anyway.
Sure, we can hear his speech patterns and see they’re different than they were years ago. We can see him trying to drink water and wonder about his physical health.
We can see videos of him not seeming to know who he’s running against and mispronouncing easy-to-pronounce words.
But no one has told us anything about his health. And so we’re left with only one choice:
A few years ago he bragged about aceing a cognitive test but what prompted the need for that test?
As someone who took a cognitive test (and also aced it, not to brag) I can tell you - those tests aren’t just for fun. Certainly, something would necessitate the need.
We don’t even know his health pre-Presidency, since he refused to release a full workup and instead released a four-paragraph note from a doctor who declared him “the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency.” A note we would later learn was written in five minutes while Trump loomed outside the car1.
And how about the time he got covid? It’s fair to ask questions about his health now, because of the secrecy behind covid. We know from witnesses that his bout with COVID was more near-death than he said.
How bad was it?
Again, I’m not trying to infer anything here. He appears to have been lightly grazed and hopefully, he’ll feel better soon but we deserve the truth about his health, in general.
However, if you haven’t been watching the RNC, you might not know that Trump has been seen wearing a large, kind of odd-looking, bandage over his entire ear.
If, per Eric Trump, he has no stitches and a simple flesh wound2 - what is the point of this? To look like it was worse?
If reporters are going to ask non-stop questions about President Biden’s health, I think it’s time they start hounding Trump’s campaign with the same questions.
Don’t forget - this is also a podcast :)

Also, I wrote a book! It has nothing to do with news at all!
